Júlia Tadeu Neves de Azevedo is a Computer Science undergraduate student at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), where she holds a full scholarship. Her research at PUC focuses on mental health and productivity in software development. Júlia’s academic excellence was recognized with 2nd place at CTIC-ES for her paper “‘I am always tired’: Perceptions on Mental Health and Productivity Metrics.” She also presented the paper “Mental Health and Productivity in Software Development: A Study with the Bravo Central Platform” at SBSI 2024. Additionally, Júlia is dedicated to studying diversity and inclusion in software development, with the aim of understanding and promoting equitable practices within the field. Her main areas of interest include software engineering, diversity and inclusion in technology, and artificial intelligence.
